ISpring Suite V7.0
of course, ispring isnt just a slideshow tool, it offers a whole host of other functions including quiz, interface, and interaction modules. i could go on and on about ispring features, but this is not the place for me to do that. if you have any more questions, feel free to ask them below.
iSpring Suite v7.0
the final aspect of ispring that i would like to touch on is the auto-scaling functionality. if youre designing a course in powerpoint, you need to make sure that the information is scaled to fit the size of the screen, which sometimes causes the courses to look a little fuzzy when running on a smaller screen. this is where ispring really shines. ispring gives you the ability to set different screen sizes. for example, you could set the size to be 1280 x 720, or 1024 x 600 or even 800 x 600. you could even set it to 360 x 640 if you were to create a point of sale module. the beauty of this is that you dont have to make any changes to the course at all, theyre automatically taken care of.
the ispring suite has the most extensive quiz gallery of any e-learning authoring tool that ive encountered. as a result, it's often a good idea to create your first quiz before digging into the features of powerpoint. for example, when you design a quiz, you can add a background, a text box, a button, and an image. then, you can change the text in the background and the button, adjust the font in the text box, and change the image in the button. you can add multiple styles to all of these components, so you can design a quiz that is entirely customizable. for instance, a button can have a different color or size, or a background can have a different color or size. i did mention in the previous paragraph that you cant add two questions to a slide, so you can create a quiz that includes two questions on one slide. when you do this, the quiz will auto-populate the number of times the quiz will appear (by default, its set to 5 times). you can also set this number to any amount, and you can also set up a rolling quiz. all of this is done by navigating to the quizzes section of powerpoint, selecting a quiz, and clicking options.
